  1. The Website is operated in connection with the activities of the X4RACE brand, which constitutes the trade name and trademark used by the Administrator.
  2. These Terms define the rules for using the Website, including the rights and obligations of users and the principles governing intellectual property protection.
  3. By using the Website, the user accepts these Terms of Use.

Website Functionality

  1. The Website allows users in particular to:

  • browse information about X4RACE products

  • access manuals, guides and video materials

  • download selected files

  • contact the Administrator

  • subscribe to the newsletter

  • create a user account

  • publish reviews

  • upload files

  • make purchases through the online store

is the property of the Administrator or is used based on appropriate rights.

  1. The X4RACE designation constitutes a trademark used in the Administrator’s business activities.
  2. Materials available on the Website may be used by sellers or commercial partners for informational or promotional purposes, provided that such use does not mislead users regarding their relationship with the Administrator.
  3. In particular, it is prohibited to:
  • impersonate the Administrator
  • use materials in a misleading manner
  • infringe the rights related to the X4RACE trademark.

  • bots
  • scripts
  • web scraping tools
  • artificial intelligence systems using Website content to train models
